Developed, managed, and scaled data science solutions to tackle sales, marketing, and product challenges. Led Customer Success and Implementation for 6Sense’s Pipeline Intelligence product.

  • Partnered with 6sense customers on campaign attribution models and marketing incrementality metrics.

  • Enabled customers with advanced pipeline forecasting ability through ML-based models (Patent Pending). Enabled CMOs to quickly align marketing outreach with future pipeline goals, saving up to 40 hours per week of reporting and data management time.

  • Developed buyer persona identification models permitting customers to accelerate Marketing pipeline creation by 3-6 months in multiple cases.

Led customer adoption of Fortella's SaaS platform for Marketing pipeline management, analytics, forecasting, and orchestration. Partnered with customers to integrate their CRM data and ensure product success across core use cases - Pipeline Management and Marketing Funnel Optimization. 

  • Managed 600% increase in ARR within 2 years.

  • Implemented data engineering standards across customers’ Marketing and Sales stack to drive integrity of Fortella’s product.

  • Advanced customer pipeline insights and forecasting using standard BI and Data Science tools (Looker, Python).

  • Created Customer Success Playbook to streamline customer onboarding, reducing onboard time by 50%.
